At Seventh-Day Christian Conference, we value your support and are committed to providing quality service. Please review our policies below regarding merchandise, event tickets, and donations.

1. Merchandise (Books, Apparel, Other Items)

• Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Exchanges: We will gladly exchange items for a different size or product if available.

• Non-Returnable Items: Opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs) and clearance/sale items cannot be returned.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

2. Event Tickets

• Refunds: Event tickets are generally non-refundable.

• Exceptions: Refunds may be issued if the event is canceled, rescheduled, or if you are unable to attend due to special circumstances (at the church’s discretion).

• Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another attendee with prior notice.

3. Donations

• Donations are non-refundable. Once a donation has been made, it will be used to support the ministry and mission of the Seventh-Day Christian Conference.
